The quality of the finished work was of the highest standard despite working through the recent heatwave.

Apart from their friendly approach the things that really made them stand out from 'the rest' were things like:

• bringing materials to site on a regular basis but in smaller quantities so that we could still park our cars
• protecting the driveway with both heavy duty plastic sheeting and boards
• the offer to let our dogs out at lunchtime for a comfort break while I was away from the house
• making a temporary ramp so our elderly arthritic dog could manage the transition from house to garden whilst the digging out stage was progressing

Choosing James for a big job at home was such a good choice, from the vey first contact I felt a professional response, appointments for an inspection were made in good time and times were kept to- the return of the quote and explanation were good clear and straightforward. When the time came to start the date was brought forward with good communications at all times. James and Matt now had several weeks of atrocious winter weather rain snow hail freezing cold days, But they just got on with it transforming a horrid unused corner of the garden into a fabulous patio sitting area, beautiful paving right round the house - and to crown it all they rendered with a coloured texture render an extension and the end gable of the house. All work was done so professionally with attention to detail, the waste was all removed and the site was really well managed. All in All a fabulous job carried out in the worst of a British winter, I certainly recommend JW Building and will definitely use them for any other project.

His team, Olly and Matt, who did most of the work on my particular project, were very professional and exhibited a very high level of skill in all areas required of the project. They took care to match brickwork and cement in as closely to existing brickwork as possible and ensured the project was completed to a very high standard. They even did a few extra little bits and pieces outside the quote without hesitation. I cannot recommend JW Building and Landscaping highly enough and will certainly be using them for future projects when the need arises.
